Absolutely! (And welcome to the amazing universe of yoga : ). If you’re taking one of my classes or workshops, honor your body and do what feels good in your body. When we work 1:1, I am tailoring the yoga specifically to you and what you’re moving through.

You’ll need a yoga mat and something comfy to sit on (perhaps a folded blanket or a pillow).

Yes! The brain loves repetition for lasting change. Plus, I’m a former teacher ; ) Don’t worry, though—we’ll make sure your ‘homework’ is meaningful and specific to your success, and we’ll make sure it fits in comfortably with your daily schedule.
